Zac is the founder of Love is not Lost in Seattle, Washington. A missional community seeking to be a people within a city that are Jesus centered, Gospel focused, and live to love the city. He also sits on the board of directors of Rivers Edge Church of Boise, Idaho.

Zac is a missionary at heart, praying for the church of Jesus to function properly as Christ's bride, being the church on mission. Showing God's love by being the church in the streets not the church in the seats. He's a nobody, trying to love somebody, outside of himself.

His passion for serving those that lead and seeing organizational cultures transformed has lead him to be on the team at Excellent Cultures, as writer, blogger, consultant, and leadership coach.

Zac is married to his beautiful wife Jen of ten years and enjoys antiques, art, music, baseball, shopping, dining, city life, movies, reading, dogs, and Star Trek.
